Markel is seeking a Senior Claims Examiner in the New York area. The role focuses on resolution of moderate to high complexity claims with exposure, including D&O, EPL, and Fiduciary Liability, from coverage inquiry through liability assessment and quantum analysis.
The candidate will manage litigation nationwide, coordinate with defense counsel, and communicate developments to underwriting and stakeholders while mentoring others in the claims team. A JD is preferred and hybrid work is offered.
