I opened my agency in 2002 and currently lead a close-knit team of two. The opportunity to own and build my own business is what initially attracted me to becoming a State Farm agent, and I’ve enjoyed creating an agency centered around strong relationships and providing real value to our customers. Outside of work, I’m married with two children.

As an
Account Associate for Jeff Barrett - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
