Associate Account Executive Rockville Centre, NY Salary $ Work week 4 days in office and one day at home
Our client, a 30+ person broker that is known for its presently professional work environment is currently searching for a Senior Account Executive. The position involves retention, relationship management, risk analysis, coverage knowledge, negotiating with underwriters, servicing policies and placing new and renewal business ($250,00 to $4,000,000 pv). The right candidate is professional, career motivated, innovative and works well with underwriters
Qualifications- Strong client retention and conflict resolution skills
- Minimum 10 years marketing or servicing mid market business.
- Experience with multiple carrier rating systems and navigating carrier websites
- Able to present to clients and negotiate with underwriters
- Capacity to multi-task and be flexible to changing client needs
- Self-motivated with a high degree of professionalism
- Applied/Epic or similar data management system knowledge is a plus
- Brokers Licence
