Front End Customer Service Representative

PositionDescription:
We are seeking a full-time Front End Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and confident in decision-making. This role requires assisting clients with day-to-day service needs while delivering timely, professional service with a positive attitude. Strong communication skills and genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service are essential.
Responsibilities:- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally
- Process client payments (walk-in and phone) accurately and securely through carrier websites
- Assist walk-in clients with claim information gathering, quote information gathering, and vehicle changes
- Provide backup support for receptionist responsibilities, as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Accountable and dependable
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
