Commercial Lines Account Manager

We're looking for an experienced Client Manager (aka Account Manager) to join our Commercial Lines team and help deliver what we've trademarked as a Far From Ordinary Client Experience™.

• Serve as the primary day-to-day relationship manager for a portfolio of commercial clients
• Build trust with business owners and key decision makers
• Collaborate closely with Strategic Business Advisors to support client retention, growth, and long-term strategy
• Deliver proactive guidance and solutions that help clients minimize risk and achieve their business goals

• Coordinate and execute the renewal process from strategy through implementation
• Develop marketing plans and negotiate with carrier partners
• Analyze coverage options and recommend solutions aligned with client objectives
• Manage audits, endorsements, billing issues, claims support, and carrier relationships
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience
• Ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and follow-through in every interaction
• Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless service
• Leverage technology, workflows, and best practices to drive efficiency and consistency

• Function as a key contributor within our High Performance Team (HPT) model
• Share knowledge, mentor others, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
• Help connect the dots between client needs, carrier solutions, and business strategy

• 5+ years of Commercial Lines account management experience
• Active NYS Property & Casualty License
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages and carrier relationships
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism
• Experience with agency management systems such as Epic (preferred)
