Commercial Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join a growing team. This role involves comprehensive A-Z servicing of commercial accounts, including both new and renewal business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance industry, with at least 3 years of experience and proficiency in Epic. This position requires an initial onsite commitment for 60 days, followed by a hybrid schedule (2 days in-office, 3 days remote).

• Provide daily servicing of commercial accounts, including certificates, endorsements, billing, light claims, policy reviews, and renewal preparation
• Handle binding coverage and market selection processes
• Conduct rating and policy reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with clients to address their insurance needs and provide exceptional customer service
• Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in commercial account servicing
• Proficiency in Epic software is required
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is preferred
• Strong knowledge of retail agency operations and processes
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
