• Provide support through a dedicated helpdesk for the Global Private Cloud infrastructure used by development teams,
• Triage new and updated requests from other teams, resolving or escalating as needed,
• Communicate and coordinate with developers on urgent requests,
• Monitor and evaluate the health of the cloud platform.

• Completed higher education (or in the final semester),
• Very good spoken and written English (minimum B2),
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team,
• Familiarity with Windows or Linux network operating systems,
• At least one year of experience delivering excellent client service in a customer service role,
• Curiosity about the inner workings of an international private cloud platform supporting thousands of users.

The recruitment process consists of several stages that allow us to get a better idea of your skills and fit with the team:

• Maths and logic test in English.
• Online recruitment interview in 3 stages – HR and 2 technical which will take 3 hours.
• Meeting in the company in Wrocław – direct interview with the Manager.

Each stage will give you a better understanding of our expectations and us of your skills. And after each of them you will receive feedback from us.
