Rise Boro seeks a full-time on-site Case Manager to coordinate day-to-day tenant services for a caseload of 20-25 households. You will ensure services reflect Rise Boro's mission and maintain detailed resident records.
You will conduct needs assessments, develop tenant-centered plans, provide case management and advocacy, and assist with government benefits to keep residents housed and supported. Bilingual Spanish/English required; degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred.
