The City of New York seeks an Engagement Specialist Bi-Lingual Spanish for the Early Engagement Case Support Unit (EECU). You will contact victims and witnesses to obtain depositional documents, translate materials, and connect clients with advocacy and services.
You will work within a fast-paced team, handling a high caseload, and must be fluent in Spanish and English, both written and oral. Evening hours are required for the late shift weekly.
