The Help 365 Mobile SNAP Enroller will travel across boroughs to assist families and individuals with SNAP applications and benefits through HRA, reporting to the Social Care Network Resources & Referral Manager.
The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, with travel required throughout the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens.
