Urban Health Plan is hiring bilingual (English/Spanish) Patient Service Representatives for a holiday hiring event in Bronx, NY, with possible start dates in January 2027. This onsite role supports patients as they arrive, registers them, verifies demographics and insurance, and directs families with empathy.
The position is full-time, 40 hours weekly, with three location options (Bronx, Corona Queens). Typical shifts run 8:00–5:00 or 9:00–6:00, Monday through Friday or rotating Saturdays.
