Antitrust (Merger Control) Associate Attorney

OverviewBase pay range: $/yr - $/yr
The team handles compliance with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act (the HSR Act) and coordinates with other offices globally on international merger control compliance. The Team supports busy and growing antitrust, corporate and private equity practices. The new hire will join a Band #1 Mergers & Acquisitions Clearance Team, with responsibilities around HSR reportability and filing preparation.
Responsibilities- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within deadlines
- Juris Doctor degree or LLM
- Antitrust merger control experience or transferrable skills
- 2-4 years practicing at an Am Law or large international firm
