Experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney
The Killino Firm, P.C., a national law firm concentrating in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases is seeking an experienced plaintiff personal injury attorney to handle a variety of compelling and interesting cases on a local and national level. Experience with catastrophic injuries and wrongful death including malpractice, trucking, and products liability preferred. Deposition, trial, and brief writing experience also preferred.
Qualifications- Admission to the bar in at least one state.
- Demonstrates the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and courtesy.
- Proficient with legal technology and practice management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow through on tasks.
- Highly motivated, resourceful, and capable of driving matters to conclusion.
- Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills.
- Experience working in a team environment and capable of taking direction while showing leadership.
- Remote work is permitted, with frequent meetings via Zoom or Teams.
- Depositions and hearings may often be conducted virtually, but some in-person appearances may be required.
- Full-time professional effort is expected, which may include evening and weekend work, especially for less experienced attorneys.
