Commercial Real Estate Associate

We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate with strong experience in complex real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have a background in acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, and sale-leasebacks across multiple asset classes, including multifamily, industrial, office, mixed-use properties, and vacant land. Leasing experience is a plus.

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase/sale agreements, financing documents, and joint venture agreements.
• Managing due diligence, including title, survey, and lease review.
• Advising clients on transaction structures and closing complex deals.
• Supporting leasing matters as needed.

• J.D. with excellent academic credentials.
• Admission to practice law (New York preferred).
• 5-7 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills.

The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $190,000 based on experience. The firm offers a competitive salary based on experience, a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
