Mid-Level General Litigation Associate
Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, seeks a Litigation Associate to join the Defense Litigation practice in its Florida offices (Hybrid or Remote). You will be entrusted with a diverse and challenging caseload, taking on significant responsibilities from the start.
Position Requirements- Must be admitted to the Florida bar in good standing
- Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of experience with commercial litigation, product liability, and/or personal injury defense
- Candidates should be able to draft complicated opinions, motions, legal memoranda, and strong academic arguments
- Candidates interested in participating in business development efforts are required
