A leading U.S. litigation practice is seeking an associate with strong legal writing skills, particularly in pharmaceutical/medical device Rule 702/Daubert motions. This mid-level role is open to candidates licensed to practice in New York.

• Drafting and reviewing discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda, including Rule 702/Daubert challenges
• Communicating with clients and coordinating with experts
• Assisting with fact development and depositions
• Helping develop case strategy
• Supervising junior associates

• JD from a nationally recognized law school
• Admitted to practice in New York
• 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm
• Extensive experience with Rule 702/Daubert motions
• Experience in products liability litigation; pharmaceutical or medical device experience preferred
• Strong analytical, writing, organizational, and project management skills

• Hybrid role with regular in-office presence and flexibility for remote work
• Fast-paced, collaborative, and client-focused environment

• Expected salary range: $250,000–$370,000, depending on experience and market factors
