• The ideal candidate will have experience in patent drafting, U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, IP due diligence, patentability searches, and freedom-to-operate studies.
• Ph.D. degree in molecular biology, biochemistry or equivalent life science degree.
• Admission to the USPTO is required.
• Strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills are essential.
• The candidate will have an excellent academic record, a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, and excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
