Daniel Markowitz is an experienced litigator and class action attorney. Mr. Markowitz is known for developing strong client relationships centered around professionalism, clear communication, and dedication to understanding and fighting for the needs of his clients. He has represented clients on complex litigation in both federal and state court, including many high-profile cases involving prominent businesses. Representing plaintiffs, Mr. Markowitz has worked on class actions that resulted in settlements of over $75,.
