MID LEVEL AND SENIOR COMPLEX COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ATTORNEYS
Premiere New York Litigation Boutique seeks commercial litigation associates with a minimum of 3+ years of solid complex state and federal commercial litigation experience with New York State and Federal Commercial Litigation Practice. The ideal candidates will have familiarity and experience with New York State (CPLR) and Federal Court (FRCP) practice, as well as experience in drafting motions, pleadings, complaints, attending depositions, conferences and oral arguments.
Excellent researching, drafting and independent thinking skills are essential.
- Draft motions, pleadings, and complaints and participate in depositions, conferences and oral arguments.
- Independently manage a personal caseload while contributing to a team-based practice.
- Engage in legal research, analysis, and thoughtful, strategic thinking to advance complex commercial litigation matters.
- Minimum 3+ years of solid complex state and federal commercial litigation experience in New York State and Federal practice.
- Familiarity with New York State CPLR and Federal Court FRCP practice.
- Excellent researching, drafting, and written and oral communication skills; strong independent thinking.

A generous salary range of between $150,000-$400,000, health insurance, 401(k) plan and benefits package commensurate with experience will be provided.
