Position Summary

We are currently seeking midlevel associates with infrastructure experience to join our Energy, Infrastructure, Project and Asset Finance practice. You will play a key role in negotiating, drafting, and reviewing complex project and financing agreements, advising clients on legal and regulatory issues, and conducting due diligence to identify and mitigate potential risks.

As part of our team, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, financial advisors, and government officials, to ensure seamless project execution. Additionally, you will contribute to research, knowledge development, thought leadership, and other business development initiatives.

Ambitious and passionate about working within our team, you will be ready for the challenges of a global law firm.
