A leading global law firm is seeking a mid‑level Real Estate Operations Associate with significant experience in real estate and commercial lease litigation. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, 4–7 years of relevant experience, and demonstrated success managing complex matters. Responsibilities include researching, drafting, and managing litigation files; working with clients across industries; and collaborating with senior attorneys on high‑profile transactions and disputes.

Candidates must be admitted to the New York Bar and demonstrate excellent research, writing, oral advocacy, and time‑management skills.

Expected salary range: $250,000–$380,000 per year, based on experience, location, and internal equity.
