We are seeking a Trademark Associate with 2+ years of experience to join a highly respected Intellectual Property team. The ideal candidate will have substantial hands-on experience in trademark prosecution, including domestic and international trademark clearance, as well as enforcement tasks. You will be part of a dynamic team, working on a broad range of trademark-related matters and helping clients navigate the nuances of brand protection.

• Conduct U.S. and global trademark clearance searches and evaluations.
• Draft identification of goods/services, evaluate specimens, prepare Statements of Use, and draft office action responses before the USPTO.
• Counsel clients on Madrid Protocol filings and provide enforcement support, including drafting cease and desist letters, takedown notices, and negotiating settlement or coexistence agreements.
• Draft trademark, copyright, and NIL licenses and assignments.
• Provide copyright counseling and domain name enforcement, including UDRP complaints.
• Assist with corporate transactions and provide diligence support related to trademarks, copyrights, and domains.
• Advise on content clearance for social media and digital marketing.

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to or eligibility for admission in California or New York.
• 2+ years of direct trademark experience, with a focus on clearance, prosecution, and enforcement.
