Job OverviewA law firm seeks a Corporate M&A Private Equity Associate with 3 to 5 years of transactional experience in an Am Law firm. This position is available in New York, Washington, DC, or Florida, with a preference for the Miami office. The candidate must demonstrate excellent writing and analytical skills and possess Am Law 100 law firm experience.
Duties- Engage in M&A and private equity transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client needs.
- Draft and review complex legal documents.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on corporate matters.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in an Am Law firm.
- Strong analytical and writing skills.
- Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the jurisdiction of the resident office location.
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Proficiency in handling complex transactions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
