Senior Attorney (Labor & Employment) – New York, NY

Our client, a well‑respected firm in New York City, is seeking a skilled Labor & Employment Attorney to join their growing practice. This role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload across labor and employment matters, while working in a collaborative and supportive team environment.

• Represent clients in labor and employment disputes, including wage & hour, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and employment contract matters.
• Provide counsel to employers and employees on compliance with state and federal labor laws.
• Draft and review employment agreements, workplace policies, and handbooks.
• Handle administrative proceedings before agencies such as the EEOC, NLRB, and DOL.
• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution, including motion practice, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.

• J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed to practice in New York (additional bar admissions a plus).
• 3+ years of labor & employment law experience.
• Strong litigation skills, including depositions, motions, and client counseling.
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment.

• Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) - $200,000‑300,000 + bonus
