We are seeking a Corporate Counsel to join our expanding in‑house legal team. This role is suited for a mid‑level transactional attorney, particularly someone transitioning from a large law firm, who is ready to assume broad, hands‑on responsibilities within a dynamic corporate environment.

The successful candidate will be a versatile legal generalist with strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. A solid foundation in corporate or transactional law is required; industry‑specific experience is not.

• Manage a range of corporate, commercial, and transactional matters, including:
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements (e.g., NDAs, vendor/supplier contracts, SaaS and service agreements)
• Supporting corporate governance and entity maintenance
• Contributing to policy development and improvements to internal processes
• Assisting with mergers, acquisitions, financings, and other strategic initiatives
• Provide legal guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and contract management.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Operations, IT, and other functions to support business objectives with practical legal advice.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and oversee related workflows and documentation.
• Enhance legal operations by improving templates, workflows, and scalable processes
• Maintain organized records and support contract lifecycle management.
