Commercial Litigation Attorney – Long Island
One of area’s top law firms is seeking an experienced Commercial/Corporate Litigation Attorney to join their commercial litigation group on Long Island.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience with federal and state courts dealing with corporate and commercial disputes.
- Strong writing skills, including taking depositions, writing motions and witness preparation.
- Ability to prepare witnesses for trial.
