REQUIREMENTS
Seeking an attorney with experience in patent litigation. Preferred background will include an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, materials science, physics, or an equivalent degree, and an advanced degree or industry experience is a plus. Membership in the Patent Bar is preferred but not required.
