Source Pro Search is conducting a search for an ambitious Real Estate Litigation Attorney to lead the development of a newly established litigation practice within an esteemed Real Estate & Estate Planning firm.

With a top-tier reputation and a proven track record of successfully closing thousands of deals annually, we're dedicated to finding a dynamic individual to spearhead this exciting initiative.

• Provide comprehensive legal representation in a wide range of real estate litigation cases, including but not limited to property conflicts, construction litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, zoning, and land use matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies and case preparations, providing clear and actionable advice to clients.
• Draft and prepare various legal documents for court proceedings and settlements, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients effectively in court proceedings, from trials and hearings to arbitrations and mediations, ensuring their interests are safeguarded.
• Collaborate closely with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services and achieve successful outcomes for their clients.
• Manage and prioritize a substantial caseload, maintain time and records, meet deadlines, and ensure the efficient progression of cases.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar.
• Demonstrated litigation experience spanning a minimum of 7 years in real estate or related civil litigation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to litigation, real estate, and contractual matters.
• Knowledge of industry standards and customs.
• Exceptional analytical abilities to interpret legal documents, statutes, and complex case-related information.
• Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to foster strong client relationships and effectively represent clients in legal proceedings.
• Capacity to manage a substantial caseload while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-tier legal services.
