Aboutthe role
As a Client Engagement Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the firm's global client teams and will work closely with the client team relationship managers. You will develop account management best practices that are shared across the Business Development department. Other key responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with the client team relationship partners and BD client team relationship managers to establish a role as a trusted advisor
- Supporting the client engagement team on strategic goals and day-to-day activity, including:
- Maintaining and updating account plans and client team onboarding materials
- Collaborating with Practice, Industry, and Markets leads to drive forward firm cross-selling initiatives
- Developing internal presentations and external relationship materials
- Liaising with the New Business Team on RFP and pitch responses
- Coordinating client training requests
- Analyzing financial reports and trend analyses
- Onboarding new client teams and providing guidance and support for practical application of account management tools
- Identifying opportunities for efficiencies and enhanced processes within the account management framework
- Working closely with the firm's business support teams, including Accounting & Finance, DEI, Brand & Communications, and Attorney Development

- Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and excellent writing skills
And have:
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in BD/Marketing, preferably in a law firm or professional services firm, is beneficial with Corporate, Private Equity, and/or Investment Bank experience a plus
Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also receive a generous and competitive total compensation package. The salary range for this role is $100,000-$120,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
Discretionary bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance — and profit-sharing partnership contributions to 401(k) accounts may be given based on firm performance.
