Mid-Senior Energy Associate

Our client is seeking a middle and senior level associates (class of ) to join the Energy and Infrastructure Projects group. Strong financing and/or M&A transactional experience is required. Ideal candidate will have experience with energy or other infrastructure development, finance and/or acquisition and dispositions. A successful candidate must hold a high level of academic achievement and a passion for providing high quality work product and service to our clients.

Required

• Candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school (T14 school is preferred.)
• Must be in good standing and an active member of the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where the candidate is admitted to practice.

• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with clients and all levels of personnel and handle confidential information sensitively and discreetly.
