We are currently recruiting for an outstanding Staff Attorney with 3+ years of experience advising employers on all aspects of U.S. business immigration matters. Our Labor & Employment practice group prides itself on employing attorneys with expertise in their fields who can take ownership of matters.
This position will be primarily assisting Greg Berk, the Firm’s immigration practice leader and a Partner in our Labor & Employment group. This is a non‑partner track role with opportunities for long‑term growth for stellar performers.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following Qualifications- 3+ years of experience advising employers on all aspects of U.S. immigration matters, particularly hiring foreign national employees
- Experience filing H-1B petitions, L-1, O-1, E2, PERM labor certifications, and I-140 petitions
- Experience with I-9 and EB-5 preferred, but not required
- Excellent oral communication, writing, research, analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to take ownership of work product, collaborate with a team, and communicate directly with clients on a regular basis
- Willingness to work hard, put in the hours, and go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations

The annual salary range for this position is $170,000 to $190,000.
