DAVIDOFF LAW, P.C. is a well‑respected and rapidly expanding Plaintiff’s personal injury firm with offices in both Queens and Manhattan. We are looking for a highly organized, motivated, and ambitious attorney to lead or potentially lead a team. ADMISSION TO THE NYS BAR AND AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF LEGAL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

• Efficiently manage your team’s caseload, including delegation and oversight of tasks for support staff assigned to your team;
• Oversee assigned caseload from inception through trial, including discovery, depositions, 50H Hearings and/or EUOs, arbitrations, mediations and trial;
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and responses;
• Prepare for and attend virtual and in‑person court appearances;
• Enter into settlement negotiations with opposing counsel;
• Interact with clients and medical professionals;
• Review and evaluate medical records and causation;

• Admission to the state bar association;
• Leadership, organization and communication skills to manage the caseload and team assigned to you;
• Ability to manage caseload and team tasks via the firm’s cloud‑based legal case management system;
• Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
• Proficiency in conducting legal research using resources such as Lexis‑Nexis;
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients and other parties;
• Experience with legal drafting and litigation procedures;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously;
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed;
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
