NY Asset Based Lending Associate (2nd - 5th Year)

Paul Hastings’ NY Structured Credit CLO team is seeking an Asset Based Lending Associate with 2-4 years of relevant capital markets, lending, and/or asset-backed securities experience or actual experience with CLOs/CLO warehouses. The group represents underwriters, issuers, collateral managers and debt and equity investors in both broadly syndicated and middle‑market collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and other structured products.

Ideal candidates will be responsive, collegial, and must have law firm experience with strong academics. Applicants must also be admitted to the NY State Bar and be in good standing. Please submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and deal sheet.

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $235,000 and a maximum of $365,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
