Our client, a premier global law firm, is seeking a Legal Billing and Collections Analyst to join their NYC team.
This is an outstanding opportunity to build your career with one of the world’s most prestigious firms, where you will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations and strong client relationships.
Will manage accounts receivable for assigned partners and clients, proactively follow up on outstanding invoices, and serve as the primary point of contact for payment-related matters.
Varied responsibilities, including, monitoring receivables, following up on past-due accounts, ensuring clients have the information needed for payment, and using billing systems (Elite 3E and client e-billing platforms) to track and update records. You will also prepare reports for partners, escalate issues when needed, and work with internal teams to resolve short payments and ensure accurate fund allocation.
Collections experience is highly preferred.
