Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Our law firm client seeks an experienced Transactional Paralegal with a strong background in Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions to join their team. The ideal person will support attorneys in all phases of complex corporate transactions, including due diligence, entity formation, document preparation, closing coordination, and post-closing management.
Responsibilities- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing transaction documents and closing binders.
- Conduct due diligence and maintain related data rooms.
- Manage entity formation, maintenance, and corporate filings.
- Coordinate transaction closings and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Support attorneys in private equity, M&A, venture capital, and related corporate matters.
- 6+ years of corporate/transactional paralegal experience, preferably in private equity or M&A.
- Strong understanding of corporate structures and closing procedures.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 – $145,000 annually
. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
