The associate will work with a diverse client base and gain experience in a rapidly expanding and nationally recognized practice.

• Extensive experience and demonstrated success in real‑estate and commercial lease litigation.
• Strong academic credentials and 4–7 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Admitted to the New York Bar.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and provide client service.

Expected pay range: $250,000 – $380,000 per year
. Salary determined based on education, experience, job‑related factors, and market data.
