LegalCustomer Service Representative
Our client is seeking a full-time entry-level legal assistant to provide the firm’s attorneys with administrative support. This is a perfect opportunity for a hard worker with superior organizational skills, and who is interested in learning and growing in a fast-paced work environment.
PrincipalDuties & Responsibilities
- Use of Salesforce CRM software to facilitate the process of responding to clients concerns via phone.
- Working with collections agencies via phone to obtain documentation of settlements.
- Reviewing documents sent to our office by both clients and collections agencies and ensuring they meet certain criteria.
- Uploading these documents to their system.
- Other ad hoc tasks as needed.
- This is a heavy client facing role in a call center structure.
- This is an entry-level position – prior experience working in a law office is a plus.
- Must possess superior communication skills.
- Highest ethical standards and professional integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and outside parties.
- Spanish speaking is a plus.
- This is a hybrid position that will have a predetermined flexible remote and in-office working schedule.
