Our client is seeking a full-time entry-level legal assistant to provide the firm’s attorneys with administrative support. This is a perfect opportunity for a hard worker with superior organizational skills, and who is interested in learning and growing in a fast-paced work environment.

• Use of Salesforce CRM software to facilitate the process of responding to clients concerns via phone.
• Working with collections agencies via phone to obtain documentation of settlements.
• Reviewing documents sent to our office by both clients and collections agencies and ensuring they meet certain criteria.
• Uploading these documents to their system.
• Other ad hoc tasks as needed.
• This is a heavy client facing role in a call center structure.

• This is an entry-level position – prior experience working in a law office is a plus.
• Must possess superior communication skills.
• Highest ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and outside parties.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.

• This is a hybrid position that will have a predetermined flexible remote and in-office working schedule.
