Additional compensation types:

• Will be preparing court filings such as fee applications and proofs of claim, assisting with financial disclosures and operating reports, managing ballot packages, and collaborating with clients, attorneys, and financial advisors.
• A solid grasp of jurisdictional rules, statutory deadlines, and lien analysis is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects with precision and minimal supervision.

• Experience as a Bankruptcy Paralegal or in a related legal field.
