We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in personal injury plaintiff work and hands‑on experience with Filevine and Lead Docket
. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, operates with a high level of autonomy, and excels at bringing clarity and structure to evolving processes. You will work directly with one or more attorneys from intake through verdict
, serving as a critical partner in managing and moving cases efficiently through every phase.

• Manage all phases of personal injury cases from intake to resolution
  , including discovery, deposition prep, trial support, and post‑verdict matters.
• Draft and organize medical chronologies
  , bills of particulars, discovery responses, and settlement documents.
• Maintain and update case information in Filevine and Lead Docket
  , ensuring all tasks, phases, and deadlines are properly tracked and executed.
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters to obtain records, invoices, and case updates.
• Schedule and manage EBTs, IMEs, mediations, and court appearances
  , ensuring attorneys and clients are prepared and all materials are complete.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks or process gaps and implement solutions to enhance operational flow and case velocity.
• Utilize AI tools and legal technology to streamline documentation, research, and communication workflows.
• Partner with attorneys to ensure case files are trial‑ready and aligned with firm standards.
• Support ongoing initiatives to strengthen firmwide processes, data quality, and reporting.

• 3+ years of experience as a Paralegal in a Personal Injury Plaintiff firm (New York experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Filevine required;
  Lead Docket experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of personal injury case lifecycle
  , including discovery, trial prep, and settlement processes.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  .
• Demonstrated ability to execute through ambiguity and bring process to unstructured environments.
• Tech‑savvy mindset, comfortable leveraging AI‑driven tools
  , legal tech, and document automation systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, client‑centered demeanor with strong attention to detail and follow‑through.

$65,000 - $85,000 yearly
