Superstar Real Estate Legal Assistant
📍
Location:New York, NY (On-site, 5 days a week)💰
Salary:$110,000+ (Potential for more – Stay tuned!)💼
Practice Area:Real Estate
- Provide high-level legal support to attorneys in a
fast-paced real estate practice
. - Draft, review, and finalize real estate contracts, leases, closing documents, and other legal correspondence.
- Assist with
due diligence, title and survey review
, and coordination of closings. - Manage calendars, deadlines, and filings to ensure seamless transaction flow.
- Liaise with clients, brokers, title companies, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Handle e-filings and other administrative tasks related to real estate transactions.
- Extensive real estate law experience
(this is a MUST – only seasoned professionals will be considered). - Strong knowledge of
real estate transactions, contracts, and closing procedures
. - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with attorneys, clients, and external parties.
- Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite and legal billing software
. - Ability to work
on-site in NYC, 5 days a week
.
