The role requires a skilled litigator with experience handling a broad range of matters, including contested motions, appeals, and evidentiary hearings.

• Draft motions, briefs, and memoranda of law
• Conduct in-depth legal research
• Handle a wide range of court appearances, including high-level contested motions and evidentiary hearings
• Respond to discovery requests and engage in motion practice
• Take full ownership of contested matters, including developing and executing legal strategies

• Minimum 5 years of experience independently handling contested motion practice
• Admitted to practice in New York State and Federal Courts (required); admission in New Jersey and/or Florida is a plus
• Open to seeking admission or waiving into additional jurisdictions as needed
• Exceptional legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Strong ability to identify and resolve complex legal issues efficiently
• Comfortable managing a demanding caseload and producing high volumes of quality work
