Overview
Established mid-sized New York City litigation defense firm seeks a New York attorney with 7-10 years of experience for its medical malpractice/general liability practice group.
Candidate must have strong writing and speaking skills, proven ability to manage complex cases, good analytical skills, ability to conduct depositions, manage discovery and assist with trial preparation.
Responsibilities- Manage complex medical malpractice and general liability cases from inception through trial preparation.
- Conduct depositions and manage discovery.
- Assist with trial preparation and coordination of case strategy.
- Attorney licensed in New York with 7-10 years of experience.
- Experience in medical malpractice and general liability defense.
- Strong writing and speaking skills, analytical ability, and demonstrated case management capabilities.
- Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
