Rent Regulatory Associate AttorneyProminent real estate-oriented Manhattan firm is seeking an associate with a minimum of 4-5 years experience in NYC residential rent regulatory laws including Rent Stabilization Law, ETPA and HSTPA. Experience and familiarity with DHCR procedures relating to owner applications, tenant complaints and administrative appeals; due diligence and representation of owners and developers on assemblage sites, buy-outs, vacating and demolishing buildings. Client base and/or portable business a plus but not required.
NY Bar admission required, salary in the $250K-$275K range. Please send resume for immediate consideration.
