We’re a recruiting firm partnering with companies in New York City that are looking to add In‑House Corporate Counsel to support growing, fast‑moving legal teams. These roles sit close to decision‑makers and touch real business strategy—rather than just redlines at midnight.
Who our clients want to meet- Attorneys with corporate experience (M&A, commercial contracts, general corporate, or a mix)
- Prior Big Law or strong law‑firm training strongly preferred
- Interest in working closely with business, finance, and leadership teams
- Direct exposure to business strategy and deal‑making
- More predictability than firm life (yes, really)
- Broad, hands‑on work instead of narrow silos
- A discreet recruiter who knows which companies are actually hiring
