Who You Are
  • A detail-oriented paralegal with 2+ years’ experience in litigation support
  • Comfortable navigating legal databases and tools like Westlaw, Lexis Nexis, PACER, Bloomberg Law, and Alpha Sense
  • Skilled in proofreading and cite-checking legal documents with precision
  • Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and organization
What You’ll Do
  • Support attorneys by conducting legal and factual research across various platforms
  • Review and verify citations, facts, and formatting in legal filings and correspondence
  • Assist in preparing and submitting legal documents to courts and regulatory bodies
  • Retrieve and interpret relevant rules, regulations, and case law
  • Maintain and organize case files, ensuring easy access to key documents and references
What Success Looks Like
  • Legal documents are consistently accurate, well-organized, and submitted on time
  • Research is thorough, relevant, and contributes meaningfully to case strategy
  • Attorneys and team members rely on your expertise and attention to detail
  • Case files are maintained in a way that supports seamless collaboration

Salary Range: $75,000 – 95,000 annually, based on experience
