One of New York's top personal injury law firms is seeking a bilingual Personal Injury Intake Specialist. This a full-time, on-site position located in our New York office.

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, gathering detailed information about their accidents, injuries, medical treatment, and case-related documents
• Obtain and review police reports, witness statements, and other key documents
• Request, track, and summarize medical records; handle communications with insurance carriers, medical providers, and defense counsel
• Maintain organized electronic case files and ensure all key deadlines and statues of limitations are met
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including:
• Notice of Claims
• Summonses and Complaints
• Bill of Particulars
• Discovery Demands and Responses
• Notes of Issue
• Subpoenas
• Trial preparation materials
• Electronically file legal documents in compliance with NYS and NYC court rules
• Prepare demand packages and support attorneys with discovery and case development

• Minimum of 3 yeas of experience as a personal injury paralegal handling New York cases
• Strong understanding of NYS and NYC statutes, court rules, and legal procedures
• Experience with electronic court filing systems in New York
• Familiarity with Smart Advocate (preferred but not required)
• NYS Notary Public license or willingness to obtain one
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
