With a reputation for strong advocacy, personalized attention, and excellent results, they handle a broad range of cases including motor vehicle accidents, Labor Law matters, slip-and-fall claims, and complex litigation requiring skilled trial counsel.

• Manage all stages of personal injury litigation, including Labor Law, slip-and-fall, and motor vehicle accident cases.
• Conduct trials, take cases to verdict, and handle courtroom appearances across multiple counties.
• Assess case merit, liability, and value, and determine coverage and medical needs.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and all related legal documents.
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, motion hearings, and trial proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements at various litigation phases.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients and maintain consistent communication.
• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed legal analyses.
• Manage multiple deadlines, court appearances, and case-related administrative requirements.

• At least five years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong, proven trial experience with the ability to take cases to verdict.
• Licensed and in good standing with the New York State Bar.
• Excellent writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Strong client communication and relationship-building skills.
