We are a young structured law firm based in the heart of Rome, Italy, providing legal and strategic advisory services in the fields of Corporate, Financial and Commercial Law, M&A, IT Law (AI, Privacy/GDPR, AI Act), Risk Management, Civil and Administrative Law, Real Estate, Immigration and Relocation of Business, Financial and Capital Markets, and International Trade. We closed negotiations up to a billion of dollars and have collaborated with the first multinational companies in the world.

Our firm regularly assists Italian, European and international clients, mainly on contract drafting and negotiations with a strong focus on cross‑border operations and international business structuring mainly in NYC, Boston and LA.

We are currently seeking a New York licensed attorney (either an independent practitioner or a member/partner of a law firm) interested in establishing a mutually beneficial Of Counsel relationship with our Italian practice.

The goal is to develop a professional collaboration based on friendship, trust, esteem, reciprocity, and strategic growth, particularly in the context of Italy–U.S. cross‑border matters and USA clients needing a local U.S. attorney.

This collaboration would be on an as‑needed basis, allowing each party to rely on the other’s local expertise whenever necessary. It could also be an opportunity to offer and reciprocate office domiciliation and simplification in case of cross‑border clients or clients located in the other country.

Our intention is to identify a reliable and incredibly talented colleague and, first of all, a friend in New York, capable of assisting with matters that require local representation, filings, or client support, and who is likewise open to address eventual clients to our Rome‑Milan‑Naples based firms with matters in Italy. We have associates specialized in every field, so we can cover basically everything in the territory of Italy.
