• Bridge, Mezzanine, and Syndicated Lending Structures
• Commercial Leasing – Office, Retail, Industrial, and Mixed-Use
• Restructurings, Recapitalizations, and Distressed Asset Workouts
• Land Use, Zoning, and Title/Due Diligence Review

• Draft, review, and negotiate leases, purchase agreements, and loan documents
• Advise on acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financings
• Represent borrowers, lenders, developers, and investors
• Conduct diligence, title/survey review, and zoning analysis
• Lead or support deal closings in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

• JD from an accredited law school + active U.S. bar membership
• 3–8+ years of experience in real estate transactions, finance, or leasing for Associate, Counsel | 8+ Years for Partner
• Experience working with institutional lenders, developers, or private equity firms
• Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and deal execution skills
• Partners – Portable book of business required
