Job Description- Advise clients on complex restructuring and insolvency matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements related to restructuring cases.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations with creditors and other stakeholders.
- Provide strategic guidance on financial restructuring and insolvency proceedings.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to manage restructuring cases effectively.
- Conduct legal research to support case strategies and client consultations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal and industry developments.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and foster strong client relationships.

TheSuccessful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admittance to the state bar in New York.
- Extensive experience in handling complex restructuring, bankruptcy, and insolvency cases.
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to manage client relationships effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proven track record of delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Competitive salary ranging from $390,000 to $470,000 USD annually.
